Services

Foundational Strength Classes
In the foundational strength classes it is essential to create a foundation within exercises, strength & explosiveness that will help the athlete stay safe and healthy as they age and get into exercises that are more complex and get into higher competition in their desired sport. The younger athlete will learn the basics of resistance exercise to someday push them forward into higher resistance. There is a high focus on core stabilization to allow higher abilities of agility and movement to occur. Exercises for injury prevention take place each and every class so that the athlete can build strength and mobility in their joints. Strengths gains will come as the athlete perfects their squat and trap bar deadlift form. All in all, the younger athlete will increase confidence and empower themselves as they are physically & mentally pushed to reach outside of their mental boundaries and to become better each time they step foot in NSSI.
Elite Strength Classes

In the elite strength classes, it is essential for the athletes to increase their strength and explosiveness over time to excel against their competition in their desired sport. Many of the same aspects that are a focus in the Foundational Strength classes are a high focus within Elite strength classes as well, just at higher resistance levels and a higher expectation or demand in explosive drills & exercises. The 4 main focuses for increased confidence to the athlete are still there: 1) core strength, 2) injury prevention, 3) fascial adaptations & 4) strength. The elite strength athlete will increase confidence and empower themselves as they are physically & mentally pushed to reach outside of their mental boundaries to become better each time they step foot in NSSI.

Speed & Conditioning Classes

In our speed & conditioning classes, it is essential for each athlete to learn the correct mechanics needed to increase their pure acceleration, maximum speed, deceleration & change of direction. Our goal is to rewrite the incorrect running mechanics built from childhood & upload correct mechanics to increase speed of the athlete and decrease non-contact injuries. Speed and conditioning classes will increase confidence and empower the athlete to be faster on whatever field or court you play on.
